Resources for Prospective Transfer Students
If you have attended another college or university after graduating from high school and are interested in applying to Drexel as a transfer student to study Electrical and Computer Engineering, you should first contact the Office of Admissions for an application. You will be asked to submit all official transcripts from colleges & universities previously attended along with other required documentation. After you have been accepted by the Office of Admissions, your transcripts will be forwarded to the College of Engineering's Transfer Coordinator for evaluation of your transferrable credits.
Once the transfer credit evaluation is completed it will be returned to the Office of Admissions and then forwarded on to you. Along with the transfer credit evaluation, you will also receive a curriculum template, which should help you understand how your transfer credits fit into the Electrical & Computer Engineering program.
All prospective transfer students are encouraged to make an appointment with the Transfer Coordinator to discuss their individual transfer credit evaluation after it is received. If you have not yet applied to Drexel, the Transfer Coordinator can also address questions concerning your current or previous coursework. An appointment can be made by contacting the College of Engineering's Office of Student Services.
